Luxe Bedroom Design on the Bayou

One of our clients is hosting her daughter’s wedding this weekend at their gorgeous home on the lower Atchafalaya. Before the guests arrive, we installed their luxurious guest room - complete with washable velvet bedding, silk drapes and a French 18th century crystal Empire chandelier.

The finished product! (Minus one custom ivory velvet bolster pillow that will be coming for the bed) Washable velvet bedding, Suzanne Kasler lamps by Visual Comfort, antique French bistro table, bedside table and enfilade. Custom ivory and grey silk drapes with valances and blackout lining. The oval window behind the bed was quite the design challenge to accommodate!
